PartnerPlex MCP server
Bring your AWS partnership teammate into ChatGPT, Claude, or another assistant that supports remote MCP connections.
What you can do
Find co-sell candidates, prepare and revise deal registrations, assess funding programs, draft AWS seller outreach, and analyze Marketplace listings. Continue saved conversations and review proposed changes before authorizing action.
Starter works with information you provide, including evidence from your assistant’s own CRM or Partner Central connectors. Growth can also use your workspace’s hosted HubSpot, Salesforce, and Partner Central connections. Availability depends on your plan, permissions, and connected services.
PartnerPlex can draft emails, but does not send them. It does not write changes back to your CRM or publish case studies.
Start with your PartnerPlex account
- Create an account or sign in.
- Activate your plan and open Tools to connect your assistant. Existing website subscriptions apply; connecting an assistant does not buy a plan.
- Sign in with the same PartnerPlex email when your assistant opens the authorization page. Review the connection and approve it.
For Growth’s hosted CRM and AWS connections, follow the workspace setup guide.

In other clients, add a remote HTTP MCP server using the same URL and sign in with OAuth.
Ask your first question
Enable PartnerPlex in your connected assistant and ask: What can PartnerPlex help me with?
Wait for the assistant’s PartnerPlex tool result. A copied URL or prompt alone does not complete setup. Continue follow-up questions in the same conversation.
Try: “Help me prepare a registration from these deal details. Don’t create or submit anything.” Or: “Compare POC and MAP funding for this project without submitting a request.”
Your data and approval
Your assistant sends the requested task and supplied context to PartnerPlex. PartnerPlex keeps conversations and drafts within your account and workspace permissions. Hosted connections use their configured provider access; your assistant’s separate connectors have their own permissions.
Review the complete registration or funding request before approving submission. Connecting the assistant, reading a document, or starting preparation does not authorize a submission. The agent reports actual service blockers and verifies the provider’s result before claiming success.
You can disconnect PartnerPlex from your assistant’s connection settings.
Troubleshooting
- If the connection uses the wrong account, disconnect it, sign into the intended PartnerPlex account, then reconnect.
- If setup asks you to activate a plan or choose a workspace, finish that step in PartnerPlex and retry the connection.
- If a hosted CRM or AWS connection needs attention, a Growth workspace admin can reconnect it from Tools.
- If your assistant cannot add a connector, check its plan and organization permissions using the client instructions above.
